‍Our clients are looking for depth-oriented change: change at the core of who they are, not just reducing symptoms on the surface. Some of our specialties include in neurodiversity, trauma, transition and development with one's identity, adolescents, chronic depression and anxiety, spirituality, grief, and ADHD & personality assessment.

We value relational psychodynamic and contemporary psychoanalytic theories at the core of clinical work and provide services that prioritize long-term growth. Our business is designed to support a psychodynamic / psychoanalytic approach and we provide specialized training and support to our clinicians to build confidence and support them in a sustainable career.

Consultation Groups:
We have weekly consultation groups for psychotherapy, psychological assessment, and supervision. Consultation groups range from clinical presentations to more experiential learning.

Psychoanalytic Didactic Sequence:
We host an average of 2 hours didactic training & specialized consultation per month for our team. The focus of this time is to deepen our knowledge, engage with experiential learning, and enhance client care, with a focus on depth-oriented approaches. We seek to make these trainings useful for all levels of training and experience.

Individual Consultation:
‍Typically in the field, supervision ends when you get licensed and to continue, you have to pay significant funds to continue with specialized experts. We believe so much in ongoing support & personal development that we continue to offer optional weekly individual consultation with an advanced clinician as an optional benefit to our licensed clinicians.

All clinicians are encouraged to have reduced fees slots on their caseload and are paid the same rate for each clinical hour. We enforce an average weekly fee goal to allow clinicians to hold flexibility with their fee if a client's finances impact their access to care. The practice absorbs the difference so the clinician's take home rate is not impacted.

We have an in-house chief technology & marketing officer who creates custom tools to ease the administrative burden for our clinicians and executive team. This is specifically valuable for our testing team to reduce time & redundancies in report writing.
